60's and 70's CASUAL CHIC

Good Evening guys. For some weird reason gadgets seem to have a vendetta against me and this time the culprit is my laptop. It's been at the repair shop for a week no doubt to punish me. So I have resorted to publishing this post from my camera.

This fashion season is very much about a rendition of 60's and 70's fashion, so I decided to draw a little inspiration from the brightest and best in fashion straight off the runway for my look.

Playing around with a basic white top and ripped jeans, i infused some of that 70's style hippie vibe to my look with a brown fringe vest. Tapping into the wilder side of the 60's,  I paired the vest with leopard print platform sandals and kept the look chic and updated with a straight hair do, minimal make-up and my fav sunnies.

LONDON FASHION WEEK: CHRISTOPHER KANE, MARY KATRANTZOU, MATTHEW WILLIAMSON & ERDEM

Saving the best for last.....For the finale of London Fashion week on Sapphire Brushstrokes,  it's Christopher Kane, Matthew Williamson and of course 2 of my favourites Mary Katrantzou and Erdem.

I won't bore you with a long runthrough  of each collection simply because I think all  four collections  speak for themselves, each in a strong, distinctand artistic voice and collectively, in a bright, fearless and bold baritone. There was nothing about these last four collections I did not love.

Next up Paris......
