The Master of Couture's Royal Wedding.

Valentino has a history of designing some of the most elegant and opulent wedding dresses for royals, a reputation that spans over 3 decades. He has designed wedding dresses for everyone from American royalty Jackie Onassis  for her 1968 wedding to Aristotle Onassis Greek business tycoon, to the infamous wedding dress of princess Marie-Chantal crown princess of Greece [Check out the master of couture post for the dress]. Valentino reprising the role of wedding couturist to the royals, designed the wedding dress of princess Madeleine of Sweden for her June 8th wedding to Businessman Christopher O'Neil. The dress was a bespoke dress made personally by Valentino Garavani who although retired from his eponymous label in 2008, still takes on specific jobs for special clients. The Fabrics for the dress which comprised of a  4 meter long train included Ivory Chantilly lace, (a signature fabric for his royal wedding dresses) silk organdies and was bordered with Silk tulle. The dress was worn with an orange blossom decorated Tiara.
