KOREAN SUNDAY LUNCH

Hello everyone! I hope you all are having an amazing Sunday because I am and I happen to be writing you from a very stuffed and happy place. C decided to roll up his sleeves and get in touch with his inner chef and today's part Korean, part Nigerian lunch was the resulting effect. He first found the recipe for the Korean deep fried chicken in garlic sauce in July of last year and has pretty much perfected it! He prepared the Ggan Pung Gi (Korean name) with Nigerian style fried rice and it was amazing. So I documented some parts of the process and the final results so enjoy.....

PS: You can find the full recipe on http://mykoreankitchen.com/2007/01/04/deep-fried-chicken-in-garlic-sauce-ggan-pung-gi-in-korean/
